Privacy

Privacy notice for Gidabook customers and users.

Gidabook is operated by Epigrams. This notice explains how the product handles property records, owner portals, evidence, and account data.

Last updated: May 12, 2026

What we collect

Gidabook stores account information, company records, landlord and tenant contact details, property and unit data, lease records, rent and service charge entries, maintenance notes, inspection notes, uploaded evidence, owner-link settings, feedback, and product usage records.

How we use data

We use this information to run the service, maintain property passports, generate receipts and owner statements, provide landlord portals, send reminders, improve reliability, and support customer requests.

Access and sharing

Signed-in users can access records within their company account. Landlord share links show only the sections selected by the manager and can be revoked. Epigrams support staff may access records when needed to help customers, investigate reliability issues, or protect the service.

Data responsibilities

Customers are responsible for having the right permission to upload tenant, landlord, property, and evidence records. Sensitive documents should only be uploaded when they are required for rental management and the relevant parties have authorized that use.

Deletion and export

Customers can request export or deletion of company records by contacting Epigrams. Some records may be retained where needed for security, audit, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
