These terms summarize the responsibilities around using Gidabook for professional rental records and owner-facing reports.

Service scope

Gidabook provides software for rental records, owner statements, receipts, maintenance tracking, evidence storage, reminders, and secure owner portals. It is not legal advice, title verification, escrow, accounting certification, or a bank.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of records they enter, permissions needed to upload or share documents, compliance with agreements they have with landlords and tenants, and decisions made from the information in Gidabook.

Owner portals

Customers control which owner portal links are created, what sections are visible, and when access is revoked. Anyone with an active share link may view the selected records, so links should be shared carefully.

Availability and changes

Epigrams may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as Gidabook evolves. We aim to maintain reliable access, but no software service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Commercial terms

Plan pricing, onboarding support, data migration, usage limits, and support terms are agreed with each customer or plan. Non-payment or misuse may lead to restricted access.
